This program will introduce students on how to design, build and program robots. We use the award winning Lego EV3/NXT core and expansion set. The students will learn and be able to build and program robots that will carry out various functions like; lifting, object detection, color identification and sorting, spying and monitoring etc.
The target aim of this program include;
- To make the participating children creatively use the Lego kit to build and program complex robotic models that will act as a prototype to solving real life challenges
- To build leadership and teamwork skills needed for them to excel in their chosen career path
- For students to know and understand the role robotics will have in our society and thus be equipped with the necessary skills for them not be left out in this amazing field.
- To be fully prepared to compete favorably with their peers in robotics competitions such as the annual First Lego league (FLL) and First Tech Challenge (FTC).

|Early Age||3-6||Specifically designed for children of 3-6 age bracket. Through this course students at the age of 5-7 are introduced to their first constructions and first programs with prepared different building instructions of fun, engaging and interesting constructions with simple, but yet meaningful programs.||In-class & Online||₦10,000|
|First Lego League Junior||6-10||FIRST LEGO League Jr. is a non-competitive robotics program designed for children ages six to ten. It is one of the programs established by FIRST. Students in this grade category are exposed to the LEGO WeDo, a programmable robotics kit, as part of their models. FIRST LEGO League Jr. teams conduct much smaller projects and makes models out of LEGO elements to illustrate one part of the theme.||In-class & Online||₦10,000|
|First Lego league||10-16||FIRST LEGO League (FLL) is an international competition organized by FIRST for elementary and middle school students (ages 9–14 in the United States and Canada, 9–16 elsewhere). Through these course, participants are taught and prepared for the competition with handheld tools that will fully equip them for the annual FIRST LEGO League (FLL).||In-class & Online||₦15,000|
|First Tech Challenge||14-25||The FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) is designed for students in grades 7–25 to compete head to head, by designing, building, and programming a robot to compete in an alliance format against other teams. Throughout this course, participators are cultured in the overall use Android-based robot kit, Java, the MIT App Inventor, or other Android programming systems.||In-class & Online||₦30,000|
This whole course is divided into segments, the Class and Online Session; through these mediums, participants are given the opportunity to choose a session that best suits their time plans.
Students participating in this session is required to attend the class sessions at the Amucet Robotic Center. The students are required to be physically presently available.
Online Course Session;
Through this medium, a student is not required to be physically present at the Amucet Robotics Center. The participating students have an online tools to carry their course objectives. This session is recommended for students that can’t make themselves available for the classroom session.
